Shipping
We mediate directly between the client and the supplier, carefully selecting the best suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices. This helps us save on transportation and storage costs.
Delivery
All orders are shipped from the supplier within 3 business days and include a tracking code so you can track your order accurately. Delivery may take between 7 and 15 days, with possible delays of 3 to 7 days due to holidays.
Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their package without providing any reason. After contacting us and confirming the return address, customers must deliver the item to our warehouse within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us first by email. We will refund the purchase price within 7 business days of receiving the return, provided the product is received in perfect condition.
If the customer sends the return to an incorrect address or if the package is lost due to the courier service chosen by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to send the return to the correct address provided by us via email.
If the package does not arrive at the address provided by us via email, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
Article 1 - Transport
At Viral Trendz, we mediate directly between the client and the supplier. We carefully select the best suppliers after examining them at various points, which translates into significant savings in transportation and storage costs. This allows us to offer products at competitive prices while ensuring their quality.
Article 2 - Delivery
All orders are shipped from the supplier within 3 business days and include a tracking code so you can track your order accurately. Due to the current situation, delivery may take between 7 and 15 days. We strive to keep delivery times to a minimum, but due to holidays, delivery may take an additional 3 to 7 days.
Article 3 - Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their package without providing any reason. After contacting us and confirming the return address, customers must deliver the item to our warehouse within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Check the shipping company's website for rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Incomplete Address
If the address is incomplete, we will ask the customer by email to provide a complete address for delivery. If the customer ignores or does not respond to our email, they will be responsible for the delivery delay.
Not Available During Delivery
If the customer does not pick up the package due to:
- Absence during delivery;
- Providing an incorrect delivery address;
- Providing incorrect contact information;
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us before delivery. After the first failed delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to pick up the order within 7 business days. If the customer does not pick up the package on time, we are not responsible if the delivery service destroys the order. In such cases, the customer has the right to request a 70% refund.
Rejected Orders During Delivery
If the customer rejects the order during delivery, they do not have the right to request a refund.

Delivery of a Missing or Non-functional Product
In rare cases, errors may occur on our part. In such cases, we will send the correct product again at no additional cost to the customer. Additionally, the customer can choose to receive a voucher of the same value as the amount spent, which can be used for any products in our store. If the customer requests a refund, they must return the defective or non-functional product to our warehouse at their expense.
Order Cancellation
Once the order is accepted, the customer can cancel it completely or partially only by agreement with the seller. In the event of cancellation or revocation of an order by the customer, they must compensate the seller for all damages suffered, including at least consequential damages and lost profits, in the amount of 30% of the order price.
If the return is caused by the consumer, they must bear the shipping costs. If the merchandise received is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs.
