At Viral Trendz, the trust and satisfaction of our customers are very important to us. For this reason, we always strive to ship within 24 hours of ordering.
Delivery Times
Generally, delivery times vary from 7 to 15 days depending on the delivery location. Please note that delivery may be delayed by 3 to 7 days due to holidays.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
If, after receiving the delivery confirmation, you wish to modify or cancel your order, please consult the Returns and Exchanges section.

Incomplete Address
IF THE CUSTOMER ACCIDENTALLY PLACES OR COMPLETES THE ORDER WITH AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If the address is incomplete, we will ask the customer by email to provide a complete address to continue with the delivery. If the customer ignores or does not respond to our email, they will be responsible for the delay in delivery.
Unavailability During Delivery
IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING DELIVERY
If the customer does not pick up the package due to:
- Absence during delivery;
- Providing an incorrect delivery address;
- Entering incorrect contact information;
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us before delivery.
After the first failed delivery attempt, the customer will be notified and given the opportunity to pick up the order within 7 business days. If the customer does not pick up the package on time, we are not responsible if the warehouse/courier destroys the order. In such cases, the customer has the right to request a 70% refund.
Order Rejection
IF THE CUSTOMER REJECTS THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY
If the customer rejects the order during delivery, they will not have the right to request a refund.
